- Once the Artwork is done, the customer receives the preview.
- Only face work will be done.
- Print size 12" x 18" inches and Painting size 14" x 20" inches. ( Hard copy)
- High-quality soft copy will be provided at the given E-mail address of the customer.
- Artwork will be featured on premium Artistic canvas & bordered with a medium-density fibreboard (MDF) black/brown frame.
- After ensuring the order is safely packed, it will be shipped through one of our courier partners.
- Tracking details will be shared with the customer when the courier is shipped.
Delivery Information:
- We require all photos to be clear enough so that our artists can zoom in on the finer details of the face, particularly the eyes, nose, and mouth.
- The Minimum size of photo 800 X 800 - 150 dpi (dots per inch) - 700KB would be recommended.
- The file format we can use is high-quality JPEG or JPG, PNG, PSD, PDF, and TIFF file photos.
